I returned home late last night from the SoCal Christian Writers’ Conference. It was…AMAZING.
And tiring. And challenging. And encouraging.
All the things that make a writers’ conference a success–it both helps you grow, and nurtures your heart.
I was able to meet so many wonderful and talented people. (And totally fangirled inside all the time over the authors I finally got to meet in person XD).
My favorite part was by far the fellowship. I grew close to several kindred spirits, and returned home last night with the knowledge that while the conference may be over, the times of sharing our souls and encouraging each other was far from finished.
I will admit that I am a little exhausted from all the excitement of the week, and still processing everything, so this will be it for now. But I promise to have more specific blog posts to follow on everything I learned and the ways that God touched my heart with specific truths–that may just resonate with you.
Thanks for bearing with me as I get my thoughts in order and finally catch a full night of sleep 😉
Sayonara for now,
PS. Did you go to the SoCal Conference? Or any other writers’ conference? I’d love to hear your thoughts! <3
